E L O I S E was created to fill the spaces between professional and personal, day and night, work and whatever comes after. The focus was never branding. It was always the fabric, the construction, the cost of making something that lasts.
It began with a pair of pants I made in my first year of fashion school. I tried to make as much of my wardrobe as I could and the pants were the most complimented thing I owned.
When I entered the real world of work, finding well-made pieces for everyday wear proved harder than it should be. So I kept building my skills and learning as much as I could from the industry.
Fabric stores, workrooms, a much larger picture of how clothing is actually made before going out on my own, with those pants as the first piece I launched.
