Where we ship
We deliver across New Zealand and to selected international destinations.

Shipping costs
Domestic shipping is calculated at checkout and typically ranges from $10.00 – $20.00 NZD.
International orders are sent at a flat rate of $55.00 NZD.

Processing & delivery
Each order is prepared with care and dispatched within 1 - 2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:

• New Zealand: 2 - 5 business days

• International: 3 - 11 business days, depending on your location

Returns
We hope you love your E L O I S E piece, but if it isn’t quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to return
To arrange a return, please contact us at info@eloisethelabel.com with your order number and details. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

New Zealand orders
Returns within New Zealand are free of charge.

International orders
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or style.
